Remuneration & Benefits


Your starting monthly salary will commensurate with your educational qualifications and relevant work experience. You will also be eligible for annual salary components including the Non-Pensionable Annual Allowance (commonly known as 13-month bonus), Annual Variable Bonus and Performance Bonus.


You will enjoy a five-day work week as well as other prevailing civil service staff benefits.


1.  Leave*


  • 18 or 14 days’ vacation leave
  • 60 days’ sick leave (inclusive of 14 days’ outpatient sick leave)
  • 3 days’ marriage leave
  • 16 weeks’ paid maternity leave
  • 3 days’ paternity leave
  • 2 days’ parent-care leave
  • Childcare leave for officers with children below 12 years old
  • Examination Leave for work-related courses
