Relevant legal training, practice or work
To become a “qualified person”, one of the requirements that may be applicable to an overseas graduate is that “for a period of not less than 6 months within a continuous period of 8 months, he has received relevant legal training, has been engaged in relevant legal practice or work, or has received relevant legal training and been engaged in relevant legal practice or work”.
