Information about Intrapage Pte Ltd

Intrapage Pte Ltd is a company that was wound up in 2002 and the Official Receiver was appointed by Court to be the liquidator of this company.

I have received the Notice of Intent to strike off. What shall I do?

This company was involved in the business of providing paging services to pager subscribers under the retail name of “Hutchison Paging”.

You received this letter as you are likely to have been a pager subscriber of Hutchison Paging in 2002. Based on the company records, you are stated as a creditor of the company i.e. the company owed monies to you. The sum of monies (less than $20) owed to you is likely the deposit that you made to the company when you signed up for the paging services.

This Notice is to inform you that the Official Receiver has finalised the liquidation process and an application would be made to the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) to strike off of the Company. The Statement of Account enclosed with the Notice is the final accounts of the company under liquidation for your information only. As the company has insufficient assets to pay back all ordinary creditors, there will be no monies paid out.

This notice is for your information.

What other actions can I take?

There is no further action required from you if you do not object to the striking off of the company.

However, if you have any objections to the striking off, please notify the Official Receiver with the reasons for objection and supporting documents, if any, within 21 days of the date of the enclosed Notice.

If I have further questions, who can I contact?
