With effect from 18 August 2014, debtors will be required to submit their Statement of Affairs, Income & Expenditure Statement, Debt Repayment Plan and relevant supporting documents online, to enable the Official Assignee to assess their suitability for the Debt Repayment Scheme (DRS).
With this change, debtors will be able to complete their submissions at their convenience. We will also be communicating with debtors via electronic means such as email and SMS.
Debtors who are referred to us for DRS assessment will be receiving details on how to perform the required online submissions.
