Official Visit to Austria by Senior Minister of State of Ministry of Law and Ministry of Transport Mr Murali Pillai SC

1.          Senior Minister of State of Ministry of Law and Ministry of Transport Mr Murali Pillai SC will be on an official visit to Austria from 27 to 30 March 2026.

2.          During the visit, Senior Minister of State will participate in events organised by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”), in conjunction with the 33rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (“Vis Moot”). Senior Minister of State will participate in a fireside chat, discussing topics such as Singapore’s approach to international dispute resolution, the evolution of arbitration practice, and the future challenges facing the legal profession, and deliver opening remarks at the SIAC Cocktail Reception.

3.          Senior Minister of State will also deliver remarks at the Opening ceremony of the Vis Moot.

4.          Senior Minister of State will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Law.
